Based at the Gliffaes Hotel, this weekend will provide an introduction to climbing and to group riding; we will focus on technique as well as hydration and nutrition. The rides will not be too arduous (around 100km with 2,000m of vertical ascent on Saturday; 90km with 1,250m on Sunday) but we will tackle enough big climbs to give you a proper taste for it. The seminar will look at the Etape route, the bike (gearing, tyres etc), and the ideal training schedule for the next 4 months. If this is your first Etape, or other big European cyclosportive, this weekend will set you up well.
Prices: £415 - sharing a twin room; No single rooms remaining
